MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of Public Hearing to be held on September 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 422 of Governmental Center East, to consider enactment of an Ordinance adopting a proposed Small-Scale amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan map (PC 26-2), located in the City of Parkland (Commission District 3), as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, the title of which is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A SMALL-SCALE AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AMENDING THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF PARKLAND; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
