MOTION TO APPROVE Interlocal Agreement between Broward County and the Town of Davie for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of a lighting system along Nob Hill Road from Orange Drive to Whispering Pines Road, at an estimated construction cost of $398,000 to the County; and authorize the Contract Administrator to approve any amendments that do not pose any additional material risk or cost to the County, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office.
