MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution, the title of which is as follows: (Commission District 9) RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 125.38, FLORIDA STATUTES; DETERMINING THAT THE REAL PROPERTY IS NOT NEEDED FOR COUNTY PURPOSES; DETERMINING THAT THE USE STATED HEREIN PROMOTES PUBLIC OR COMMUNITY INTEREST AND WELFARE; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND RECORDATION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED FOR THE REAL PROPERTY; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
