MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of Public Hearing to be held on June 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 422 of Governmental Center East, to consider transmittal to designated State review agencies of a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan text (PCT 26-9), revising the City of Fort Lauderdale Uptown Activity Center (Commission Districts 4 and 8), as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN TEXT OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REGARDING THE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
