MOTION TO APPROVE Utility Easement Agreement granting the City of Coconut Creek certain 12-foot-wide easements for the installation, construction, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement and/or reconstruction of a water distribution system and all appurtenances relative to the system to service Tradewinds Park located at 3601 West Sample Road in the City of Coconut Creek. MOTION TO APPROVE Bill of Sale transferring ownership of the water distribution system cited in Motion A above, installed by the County to service Tradewinds Park, to the City of Coconut Creek.
