MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution providing funding for certain services, the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATION AND DISBURSEMENT OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT GRANT FUNDS IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $14,653,129 AND AN ESTIMATED BROWARD COUNTY MATCH CONTRIBUTION OF $3,182,219 FOR AN ESTIMATED AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF $17,835,348 FOR FISCAL YEARS 2026 AND 2027 TO EXISTING SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS; AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE NEW AGREEMENTS WITH SPECIFIED SERVICE PROVIDERS AND TAKE ALL NECESSARY ADMINISTRATIVE AND BUDGETARY ACTIONS TO IMPLEMENT THE AGREEMENTS; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
