MOTION TO DIRECT County Administrator to initiate an update to the Broward County Manatee Protection Plan (MPP) in coordination with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, including updates to the information required to revise the MPP, such as a comprehensive boat facility inventory, a habitat information review (including a seagrass study), manatee aerial survey study, and boating activity and compliance studies.
