MOTION TO DIRECT County staff to review Port Everglades Tariff No. 12, Section 42.25 of the Broward County Administrative Code, and in coordination with the County Attorney’s Office County prepare a Resolution for Board consideration that includes the proposed revisions to Tariff rates and requirements for various activities at Port Everglades.
