MOTION TO APPROVE Contract No. GC190 (Contract) between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Broward County for an estimated $6,000,000 in revenue to Broward County, providing for the continued management of petroleum contamination cleanups within Broward County; authorizing the Contract Manager to approve and execute Task Assignments throughout the term of the Contract, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office; and authorizing the County Administrator to take any necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the contract.
