MOTION TO APPROVE Fifth Amendment to the Agreement between Broward County and SP Plus Curbside Management Joint Venture for Ground Transportation Management Services at Broward County’s Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport to extend the term of the Agreement on a month-to-month basis, not to exceed one year, increase compensation in the amount of $6,153,189, for a maximum not-to-exceed amount of $36,849,199, increase the reimbursable costs in the amount of $967,003, for a maximum not-to-exceed amount of $8,315,834, for a total Agreement not-to-exceed amount of $45,165,033 for the term of the Agreement, and to update certain terms and conditions.
