MOTION TO DIRECT County Attorney’s Office to draft an amendment to the Broward County Administrative Code and/or the Code of Ordinances to provide that if any employee serves on a procurement evaluation committee despite having a known actual or apparent conflict of interest, that employee shall be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
