MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of Public Hearing to be held on April 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 422 of Governmental Center East, to consider enactment of an Ordinance adopting a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan text (PCT 26-1), regarding Environmentally Sensitive Lands, as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, the title of which is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TEXT, AMENDING POLICY 2.23.2 REGARDING ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE LANDS; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
