A. MOTION TO RENEW consideration of Item 34 from the County Commission’s September 10, 2026, meeting pursuant to Section 18.7(k) of the Broward County Administrative Code. (Parts A and B were heard concurrently and voted on separately.) ACTION: (T-2:34 PM) Approved. (Refer to minutes for full discussion.) VOTE: 7-2. Commissioner Furr and Commissioner Rich voted no. B. MOTION TO DIRECT County Administrator to modify the current County employee recognition program, “Performance Excellence Award Program,” to permit Commissioners to participate by recommending County employees for monetary performance awards funded from the applicable Commission District budget. (Commissioner Geller) (Parts A and B were heard concurrently and voted on separately.) ACTION: (T-2:34 PM) Approved. (Refer to minutes for full discussion.) VOTE: 6-3.
