Davis, scheduled to occur on October 24, 2026, and donation of in-kind contributions of County resources; and to authorize the County Administrator to approve and execute agreements in connection with the event at no net cost to the County and subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office. MOTION TO APPROVE budget Resolutions in Fiscal Year 2026 and Fiscal Year 2027 to appropriate, recognize, and implement unanticipated funds in the form of sponsorship dollars for the Black British Heritage Celebration event in the aggregate amount of up to $30,000; and authorize the County Administrator to take necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement same.
