A. MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to reallocate $1,344,891 in Fiscal Year 2026 funding for behavioral health and intervention services from previously awarded recipient Henderson Behavioral Health, Inc., to substitute recipient Florida Agency for Health Care Administration; to approve and execute any and all documents necessary to implement same, subject to legal sufficiency review and approval of the binding documents by the County Attorney’s Office and provided the reallocation does not impose any additional material risk or financial obligation on the County, as determined by the County Administrator after consultation with the County Attorney’s Office as to legal issues; and to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions related to the reallocation. B. MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to execute a Letter of Agreement between the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration and Broward County, in the amount of $226,136, effective October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, subject to legal sufficiency review and approval by the County Attorney’s Office, to provide matching funds for the State of Florida Medicaid Low Income Pool program that will be distributed to Broward Community and Family Health Centers, Inc., a federally qualified health center; and to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement. C. MOTION TO APPROVE waivers of conflict under Section 112.313(7)(a), Florida Statutes, for the following Broward County advisory board members holding an employment or contractual relationship with an entity receiving funds for the performance of services under this agenda item. 1.
