MOTION TO APPROVE Federal Aviation Administration Grant for Airport Improvement Program Project No. 3-12-0025-105-2026 in the amount of $8,124,670, for the construction of the Taxilane T Rehabilitation project at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, to authorize the County Administrator to take any necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the agreement; and to authorize the Director of Aviation to execute the agreement and any amendments that do not impose additional financial obligations on Broward County, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney's Office. B. MOTION TO APPROVE Federal Aviation Administration Grant for Airport Improvement Program Project No. 3-12-0025-106-2026 in the amount of $12,338,554, for the construction of the Taxilane ADG III Westside project at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, to authorize the County Administrator to take any necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the agreement; and to authorize the Director of Aviation to execute the agreement and any amendments that do not impose additional financial obligations on Broward County, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney's Office. C. MOTION TO APPROVE Federal Aviation Administration Grant for Airport Improvement Program Project No. 3-12-0025-107-2026 in the amount of $15,116,460, for the Terminal 3 Rooftop Units Replacement project at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, to authorize the County Administrator to take any necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the agreement; and to authorize the Director of Aviation to execute the agreement and any amendments that do not impose additional financial obligations on Broward County, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney's Office. D. MOTION TO APPROVE Federal Aviation Administration Grant for Airport Improvement Program Project No. 3-12-0025-108-2026 in the amount of $106,500, for the Vehicle Movement Area Transmitter Unit project at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, to authorize the County Administrator to take any necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the agreement, and to authorize the Director of Aviation to execute the agreement and any amendments that do not impose additional financial obligations on Broward County, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney's Office. E. MOTION TO APPROVE Federal Aviation Administration Grant for Airport Improvement Program Project No. 3-12-0029-019-2026 in the amount of $226,995, for the design of the Taxiway P Pavement Rehabilitation and Mitigate Hot Spot No. 1 project at Broward County's North Perry Airport, to authorize the County Administrator to take any necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the agreement, and to authorize the Director of Aviation to execute the agreement and any amendments that do not impose additional financial obligations on Broward County, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney's Office.
