MOTION TO ENACT Ordinance adopting Broward County Land Use Plan text amendment PCT 26-9, revising the City of Fort Lauderdale Uptown Activity Center (Commission Districts 4 and 8) as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, the title of which is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN TEXT OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REGARDING THE FORT LAUDERDALE UPTOWN ACTIVITY CENTER; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
