MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution to transmit to designated State review agencies a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan text (PCT 26-3), deleting Policies 2.36.1 and 2.36.2 regarding land use policy and public infrastructure and services decisions, as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, as amended, the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN TEXT OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, RELATED TO POLICIES 2.36.1 AND 2.36.2 REGARDING LAND USE POLICY AND PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICES DECISIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
