MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution to transmit to designated State review agencies a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan text (PCT 26-1), to update Policy 2.23.2 regarding Environmentally Sensitive Land, as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, as amended, the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN TEXT OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDING POLICY 2.23.2 REGARDING ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE LANDS AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
