MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Broward County, Florida, authorizing the County Administrator or written designee to sign and execute a Public Transportation Grant Agreement (PTGA) with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District 4, to provide funding for the operations and maintenance of the Interstate 75 (I-75) Express Bus Service in the amount of $1,459,319; authorizing the County Administrator or written designee to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the grant; authorizing the County Administrator or written designee to sign any future amendments extending the expiration date of this PTGA that do not pose additional cost or material risk to the County, subject to review and approval of the grant agreement and other documentation for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; authorizing the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the grant; and providing for an effective date.
