MOTION TO APPROVE First Amendment to the Lease Agreement between Broward County and Broward Partnership for the Homeless, Inc., d/b/a Broward Partnership for the Central Homeless Assistance Center, to update the reference of the Operating Agreement to the New Operating Agreement, effective October 1, 2024, for the Central Homeless Assistance Center located at 920 Northwest 7th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33311; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative actions to implement the Agreement as amended. ACTION: (T-10:46 AM) Approved. VOTE: 9-0. B. MOTION TO APPROVE First Amendment to the Lease Agreement between Broward County and Broward Partnership for the Homeless, Inc., d/b/a Broward Partnership for the North Homeless Assistance Center, to update the reference of the Operating Agreement to the New Operating Agreement, effective October 1, 2024, for the North Homeless Assistance Center located at 1700 Northwest 30th Avenue, Pompano Beach, Florida 33069; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative actions to implement the Agreement as amended. ACTION: (T-10:46 AM) Approved. VOTE: 9-0. C. MOTION TO APPROVE waiver of conflict under Section 112.313(7)(a), Florida Statutes, for the following Broward County advisory board member holding an employment or contractual relationship with an entity receiving funds for the performance of services under this agenda item: Tom C.
