MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to execute Agreement between Broward County and Care Resource Community Health Centers Inc. subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, in the amount of $95,000, effective October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, for housing case management services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Broward County; authorize the County Administrator to execute amendments to the Agreement, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, that do not impose any additional financial obligations on the County; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement.
