MOTION TO APPROVE Interlocal Agreement between Broward County and the City of Pembroke Park for Emergency/Non-Guaranteed Supplemental Support, Building Code Division; to provide Florida Building Code inspection, plan review and building official services upon execution of this Agreement by the parties until September 30, 2030; and authorize the County Administrator and Clerk to execute same.
