MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution, the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, OPPOSING THE INCLUSION OF NEW OFFSHORE OIL AND GAS LEASING OFF THE COAST OF FLORIDA IN THE 2024-2029 NATIONAL OUTER CONTINENTAL SHELF OIL AND GAS LEASING PROGRAM; DIRECTING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO TRANSMIT A CERTIFIED COPY OF THIS RESOLUTION TO DESIGNATED RECIPIENTS; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
