MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of Public Hearing to be held on August 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 422 of Governmental Center East, to consider transmittal to designated State review agencies of a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan Natural Resource Map Series (PCNRM 24-3), to update the Environmentally Sensitive Lands Map within the City of Dania Beach, as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING TO DESIGNATED STATE AGENCIES A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; UPDATING THE ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE LANDS MAP OF THE NATURAL RESOURCE MAP SERIES OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
