MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of Public Hearing to be held on September 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 422 of Governmental Center East, to consider transmittal to designated State review agencies of a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan Natural Resource Map Series (PCNRM 25-1) to amend the Environmentally Sensitive Lands Map within the City of Pompano Beach (Commission District 4), as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING TO DESIGNATED STATE AGENCIES A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; UPDATING THE ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE LANDS MAP OF THE NATURAL RESOURCE MAP SERIES OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF POMPANO BEACH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
