MOTION TO APPROVE Grant Agreement between Broward County (acting through the Port Everglades Department) and the State of Florida Department of Management Services for cybersecurity solutions for the Port Everglades Department for the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025; authorize Mayor and Clerk to execute same; authorize the County Administrator to approve any amendments thereto, provided the amendments do not impose any financial obligations on the County and subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office; and authorize the County Administrator to take all other necessary administrative and budgetary actions for the implementation of the grant award.
