MOTION TO APPROVE Interlocal Agreement (“ILA”) among Broward County, the City of Margate (“City”), and the City of Margate Community Redevelopment Agency (“CRA”), to extend the term of the CRA for approximately 20 years, from August 13, 2026 through September 30, 2047, with no extension to Tax Increment Financing (“TIF”) obligations for taxing authorities other than the City; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
