MOTION TO APPROVE Interlocal Agreement (“ILA”) among Broward County, the City of Fort Lauderdale (“City”), and the City of Fort Lauderdale Northwest-Progresso-Flagler Heights Community Redevelopment Agency (“CRA”), to extend the term of the CRA for an additional ten years through November 7, 2035, with no extension to Tax Increment Financing (“TIF”) obligations for taxing authorities other than the City; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
