MOTION TO APPROVE Second Amendment to the Standard Grant Agreement between Broward County and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for Agreement No. 22SRP20 to extend agreement expiration date of the project and make required administrative changes to the agreement for the FLL Trails End Stormwater Pump Station Retrofit project at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Second Amendment; and authorize the County Administrator to take any necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Second Amendment; and to authorize the Director of Aviation to execute future amendments that do not impose additional financial obligations on Broward County, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney.
