MOTION TO APPROVE open-end contract with US Foods, Inc., subject to execution of the applicable Participating Addendum per Motion B, under the Sourcewell, a State of Minnesota cooperative, Contract No. 040522-USF, Food Products and Distribution (other than School Food Authorities) with Related Supplies, Technology, and Services, for the Broward Addiction Recovery Center, in the estimated amount of $520,000 for the remainder of the initial term ending June 3, 2026; and authorize the Director of Purchasing to renew the open-end contract, as renewed by Sourcewell and US Foods, Inc., for an additional one-year term, for a potential two-year one-month contract term, in the estimated total contract amount of $1,000,000.
