MOTION TO APPROVE Revocable License Agreement between Broward County and the City of Coconut Creek, granting Coconut Creek a license to access and use portions of Saw Palmetto Natural Area and Helene Klein Pineland Preserve to construct and maintain a multi-use pathway and scenic landscaping along the north side of Hillsboro Boulevard, and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; and authorize County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement.
