MOTION TO NOTE FOR THE RECORD that the County Administrator executed a Third Modification to the Subgrant Agreement between the Florida Division of Emergency Management (“Subgrant Agreement”) and Broward County to reinstate and extend the terms of the Subgrant Agreement through February 28, 2026, to allow for completion of the retrofitting of the North and Central Homeless Assistance Centers’ (“HAC”) structures and for the installation of emergency generators.
