MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator or written designee to approve and execute amendments, change orders, and any other required documentation for the federally funded Community Development Block Grant Mitigation Program (CDBG-MIT) Subrecipient Agreement between Broward County and the State of Florida, Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), now known as the Department of Commerce (DOC), for the Green Infrastructure for Stormwater Flood Mitigation Project for Broadview Park, provided that such documents do not impose any additional costs upon the County over the $5,000,000 that was originally authorized by the Board, and subject to review and approval of all such documents for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; and to authorize the County Administrator to take any necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement same.
