BLACK HISTORY MONTH - COMMISSIONER DAVIS ACTION: (T-12:42 PM) As relayed by staff, District 7 had the honor of attending the City of Hollywood’s 2025 Black History Month Celebration on behalf of Commissioner Davis, which was hosted by the African American Advisory Council at Washington Park. The event highlighted the theme “African Americans and Labor,” showcasing the historical and modern contributions of Black workers across industries. (Refer to minutes for full discussion.)
