HEALTHCARE PROJECT - VICE-MAYOR BOGEN ACTION: (T-12:28 PM) Vice-Mayor Bogen provided an update as to the healthcare initiative and reported nearly 5,000 scans have been performed with about 58 percent of them in need of treatments such as medication, stents or open-heart surgery; and 10 percent having abnormalities noted.
