MOTION TO APPROVE Amendment 001 to Contract JZ024-15-2025 between the Areawide Council on Aging of Broward County, Inc., and Broward County, increasing the Contract value by $300,000 for a new Contract value of $2,077,811, effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, to expand home and community-based services to eligible individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, and their caregivers; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Contract as amended.
