MOTION TO DIRECT County Administrator to facilitate the installation of a plaque at the Broward County Judicial Complex honoring the life of Elaine G. Appel and her 40 years of service as a volunteer for the Guardian ad Litem Program; and authorize the County Administrator to execute any documents necessary and to take any budgetary or administrative action necessary to effectuate the foregoing.
