MOTION TO APPROVE First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement (“ILA”) among Broward County, the City of Fort Lauderdale (“City”), and the City of Fort Lauderdale Community Redevelopment Agency (“CRA”), to reinstate the Agreement and extend the term of the CRA by two years to terminate on September 30, 2025, with no additional tax increment funding (“TIF”), to allow the CRA to complete two specific projects; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
