MOTION TO APPROVE License Agreement between Broward County and the City of Pompano Beach for County’s use of an area within Alsdorf Park as a temporary staging area for construction projects at Deerfield Island Park; authorize Mayor and Clerk to execute same; and authorize the County Administrator to approve extensions or execute amendments to the License Agreement, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office, provided that such actions do not materially increase any risk or cost to the County.
