MOTION TO APPROVE First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between Broward County and City of Fort Lauderdale Regarding Proposed Effluent Force Main Project (“Interlocal Agreement”), contingent upon receipt of the approved and executed First Amendment from the City of Fort Lauderdale prior to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025, and to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; and to authorize the Director of Public Works Department to approve and execute written amendments to the Interlocal Agreement for time extensions, provided such time extensions do not impact the schedules of County projects or impose additional financial risk on the County, and subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office.
