MOTION TO APPROVE Agreement between Broward County and Housing Opportunities Project for Excellence, Inc., (“HOPE, Inc.”) in the amount not-to-exceed $18,000, effective from the date of full execution through June 30, 2025, for fair housing outreach and education efforts; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; authorize the County Administrator to execute amendments to the Agreement, subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, that do not impose additional financial obligations on the County; authorize the County Administrator to renew the Agreement for up to two one-year terms for a total not-to-exceed amount of $36,000; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement.
