MOTION TO APPROVE Agreement between Broward County (“County”) and Legacy Donor Services Foundation (“Foundation”), for the recovery of anatomical gifts of human tissue from deceased bodies under the jurisdiction of the Medical Examiner, for an initial five-year term; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Agreement; and authorize the Contract Administrator to renew the Agreement for up to five one-year terms, subject to review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; and authorize the County Administrator to take all administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement.
