MOTION TO APPROVE Purchase and Sale Agreement between Broward County (“Purchaser”) and RUS’S Property, LLC (“Seller”) for the purchase of real property consisting of approximately five acres and located in the Town of Davie, for a purchase price of $3,000,000 (“Agreement”); authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement and the County Administrator to attest to same; and authorize the Director of Real Property and Real Estate Development to execute and process all customary closing title documents. (Commission District 5) ACTION: (T-12:06 PM) Approved. VOTE: 8-0. Commissioner Geller was not present. B. MOTION TO ADOPT budget Resolution within the Port Everglades Department's Capital Fund to transfer funds from reserves in the amount of $3,000,000 for the purpose of purchasing real property. ACTION: (T-12:06 PM) Approved Resolution No. 2025-41. VOTE: 8-0. Commissioner Geller was not present.
