MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution, the title of which is as follows: (Vice-Mayor Bogen) A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN SUPPORT OF LEGISLATION REQUIRING THAT ANY USE OF HANDHELD MOBILE DEVICES WHILE DRIVING BE HANDS-FREE; DIRECTING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO TRANSMIT COPIES OF THIS RESOLUTION TO DESIGNATED PERSONS; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
