MOTION TO APPROVE Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. GC890 (“Contract”) with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to provide for continued management of petroleum contamination cleanups within Broward County on behalf of the state, extending the Contract through June 30, 2026; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the same; authorize the Contract Manager to execute annual Task Assignments as required throughout the term of the Agreement; and authorize the County Administrator to make the necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement this Contract.
