MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of Public Hearing to be held on February 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 422 of Governmental Center East, to consider transmittal to designated State review agencies of a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan text (PCT 26-3), deleting Policies 2.36.1 and 2.36.2 regarding Environmental Justice, as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN TEXT OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, RELATED TO POLICIES 2.36.1 AND 2.36.2 REGARDING ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
