MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to approve and execute the following Interlocal Agreements (ILAs) in furtherance of Broward’s County-wide Resilience Plan with grant awards to the City of Sunrise ($500,000), the City of Cooper City ($450,000), and the City of Hallandale Beach ($250,000), in substantially the form of Exhibits 1, 2, and 3, to modify project scope to be a matching program for culvert projects for municipalities and utility departments, provided any modifications do not impose any additional, material financial or legal risk on the County and subject to review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Interlocal Agreements.
