MOTION TO APPROVE First Amendment to Agreement No. 24-CP-HCS-0375-01 between Broward County and Henderson Behavioral Health, Inc., for Crisis Stabilization Unit services, effective October 1, 2025, to revise and replace Exhibit D-2, Outcomes, and Exhibit E, Required Reports and Submission Dates; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement as amended.
