MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to execute two federal legislative and executive lobbying services agreements for the period of January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with two optional one-year extensions, with the firms and at the monthly rates listed in Exhibit 1, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney's Office; and authorize the County Administrator to take any necessary administrative or budgetary action to effectuate the same.
